How long will my order take?

A: We aim to get your order built within 5-7 working days with next day delivery, we will always update you when we have sent your item out. ( please note bank holidays are not included in this threshold).

Can I order parts from you ?

A: If you want to order single parts then GOOD NEWS you can! Simply purchase as normal and the delivery will be the same as a normal PC. 

Can I send in my own case ?

A: You can, please get into contact with us and we will tell you how to send the case to our hive mind! However please be aware that we will not be responsible if your components don't fit the specifications of the case, so please check the peripherals and send in your measurements, we can do the rest!



Am I able to send my old PC for a Trade in Price?

A:This is currently a work in progress. We are in the process for accepting specific types of builds, please contact pcregenerationstation@gmail.com and we can talk

How long do refunds take?

A: Normally this would take 3-5 working day's once processed (Bank holidays do not factor into this).

How can I return my computer for repair?

A: Please use our contact form under CONTACT US and tell us we will contact you within 24 hours.

How long does delivery take?

A: We offer next day delivery for the UK mainland

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland/Scottish highlands may take 1 to 3 days longer to deliver however you can still track your delivery through our couriers Website

Do your pre-builds come quicker ?

A: Pre-Built systems are entirely customised by us to give you upgrade-ability  and not break the bank at the same time. However they still take the same amount of time to be delivered as we build on a case by case system in order to allow proper PC bench-marking before shipping.


Can I add SSD and HDD to my system ?

A: Yes you can add as many as you want provided that your motherboard will allow for certain volumes of drives. However if this is missed and you accidentally order one too many drives, we will always call to confirm this with you and refund the difference.


We do recommend you have two SSD/HDD drives , as we store the Operating System on the best hard drive for maximum performance from your system.​
